It’s so nice to get more than one nights use out of those Halloween costumes – Right, parents?! The Winona Kids and Parents Expo is full of safe, fun, indoor Halloween fun for families to enjoy including trick-or-treating.
Other fun activities include a spooky experiment station, balloon twisting, bounce houses, crazy hair, and a Halloween “make and take” craft.
